DollFace Esthetics is a local business founded by Kylee Covey-Carpenter. With a passion for skin care, we’re dedicated to providing exceptional esthetic services to help you achieve healthy, glowing skin. POLICIES Late Arrival - If you are 15-20 minutes late for a facial service, we will omit parts of your service to ensure timelines for other clients. If you are more than 20 minutes late your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Late fees are an additional $10 No Call No Show- If you fail to show to your appointment you till be billed for the appointment. If you no call no show more than once you will be blocked from booking in the future.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you find yourself unable to make your appointment please contact me as soon as you can. I understand life happens and inconvenient circumstances arise! I’m always happy to reschedule at a time that works best for you. Any deposits placed towards your cancelled appointment will be applied to your rescheduled appointment. However, repeated and excessive cancellations will be blocked from further booking.
